Standing on its own hectare of olive groves not only blends in, it enhances the area’s mellow, unspoilt countryside character. Extremely spacious inside - Its well-thought architectural design balances a combination of traditional features to make it familiar, secure and cosy - in line with the past, and modern ones to allow nature and the view of the lovely coast in. Ochre-coloured stonewalls, wooden floors, tile roof with exposed beams shaded olive leaf green, openings like the light well and the sitting room’s folding glass panel, furnished terraces and verandas, the owner’s paintings and family antiques combine to produce a stunning villa. Small children, though will require supervision with the stairs, the openings and the pool. (Protection plastic fences can be placed prior to arrival – ask for them). But, the cargo lift, the roll-in shower of the big ground floor bedroom, the ramps and level accesses make the villa wheels friendly. |

From its most unique feature, the open tower’s decks, you can have your evening drinks while watching a spectacular sunset and then dine at the terrace making the most of Crete’s idyllic climate, the best there is! The 3,5 x 12 m pool, the table-tennis and the other games at the basement’s games room will keep the more energetic happily occupied, while the others can lay back till the special, relaxing atmosphere of the place restore their energy. |
